GEP ECOTECH High-Efficiency Biomass Alternative Fuel Production Line

9

In today's era pursuing sustainable development, biomass alternative fuels have become an important choice for many high-energy-consuming industries (such as cement plants and power plants) to achieve energy transformation and reduce carbon emissions. How to efficiently and economically convert widely distributed and diverse agricultural wastes into high-calorific value, high-quality alternative fuels is a key focus shared by us and our customers.

Addressing the treatment needs of agricultural wastes (such as rice husks, corn cobs, various straws, banana leaves, etc.), GEP ECOTECH provides a one-stop solution encompassing shredding, impurity removal, and dust collection. Our latest production line design aims to help customers process complex raw materials down to an ideal particle size of under 50mm, laying a solid foundation for subsequent combustion or molding processes.

Our production line mainly consists of the following core stages, ensuring stable and efficient operation:

Stable Feeding, Ensuring Capacity from the Source

The front end of the production line is equipped with a uniform feeder and a chain plate conveyor. The uniform feeder can effectively solve common bridging and blocking problems encountered during the stacking and conveying of agricultural straw, ensuring materials enter the shredding stage smoothly and continuously, thus avoiding capacity shortfalls caused by feeding fluctuations at the source. The chain plate conveyor supports frequency conversion speed regulation, allowing precise control of the feeding speed based on the load of downstream equipment. This not only improves efficiency but also effectively reduces the energy consumption per ton of the entire line.

Powerful Primary Shredding, Adapting to Complex Materials

The double-shaft shredder, as the first shredding stage, can handle not only loose, long-stemmed materials but also baled materials with its strong torque. Furthermore, when encountering a small amount of hard objects in the material (such as small stones hidden in bales), the equipment will automatically reverse and eject the foreign objects, protecting the equipment's safety. Simultaneously, it is equipped with an intelligent control system that monitors bearing temperature and current load in real-time and features an automatic lubrication function, ensuring reliability during prolonged high-load operation. Its cutters are designed for multiple build-up welding repairs, significantly reducing customers' subsequent maintenance costs.

Deep Purification, Enhancing Fuel Quality

The value of alternative fuel lies in its calorific value, with metals and grit being the main impurities affecting it. To address this, we integrate magnetic separators and trommel screens after the shredding process. The magnetic separator adsorbs and removes ferrous metals mixed into the material, protecting downstream equipment while also recovering resources. The trommel screen effectively screens out non-combustible impurities like soil and stones embedded in the straw, ensuring the purity of the final output and providing customers with higher-quality alternative fuel.

Fine Shredding, Ensuring Output Specification

To achieve the output standard of under 50mm and ensure capacity, we employ a biomass fine shredder for the secondary shredding stage. This equipment features an integrated cutter design, significantly enhancing shredding kinetic energy. It not only processes straw efficiently but can also easily handle small amounts of occasional impurities like wood pieces or thin sheet metal, greatly reducing downtime for maintenance caused by foreign objects. The high rotor diameter and enlarged screen design improve shredding efficiency and ensure fineness uniformity through a larger screening area, resulting in a more ideal output effect. Its fully opening housing design also makes screen replacement and rotor maintenance more convenient.

Fine Shredding Discharge

Clean Conveying, Creating an Eco-Friendly Workshop

In the output stage, we use a combination of screw conveyors and cyclone dust collectors. This ensures the shredded material is smoothly transported to the next stage or storage point while effectively collecting dust generated during processing. Coordinated with the entire line's dust removal system, this significantly improves the workshop working environment and achieves clean production.

In the field of biomass alternative fuel preparation, GEP ECOTECH has accumulated extensive practical experience. We understand that the moisture content, hardness, and impurity levels of each batch of agricultural waste differ, and the construction sites and investment budgets for each production line also vary. Therefore, we not only offer standardized equipment but are also committed to providing customized process designs. Our engineers will optimize equipment selection and production line layout based on your specific raw material characteristics and capacity requirements, striving to build the most efficient and economical production line for you.
